Vandy Van Wagener

Vandy is a seasoned business leader with deep experience in strategy, marketing, innovation, and organization building. Through two decades of progressive responsibility within Procter & Gamble, along with 15 years of entrepreneurial and Board-level experience, he has demonstrated strong capabilities across consumer goods, services, and internet markets.
Vandy started his career with Procter & Gamble in US Brand Management; launched P&G operations in Southeast Asia while based in Singapore; and served in Japan as VP-Asia Pacific Skin/Cosmetics, where he was charged with integrating a series of beauty care acquisitions. Building on his growing entrepreneurial skills and interest, he returned to the US as CEO of InfoBeat, the early leader in email marketing, followed by leadership roles with another pioneering digital marketing firm and a database monitoring startup. During the past several years, Vandy formed Evergreen Innovation Partners with two partners, which invests in and develops promising consumer products innovations for licensing; catalyzes spin-offs on certain of those inventions; and provides invention submission management services to Fortune 500 companies.
Vandy is married, lives in Denver, and has three children. He earned his AB degree in Mathematics at Dartmouth College, followed by his MBA at the Tuck School at Dartmouth. He serves/has served on a number of Boards, including Information Resources Inc., Craig Hospital, Cakebread Cellars, Far Niente Wine Estates, and multiple early stage companies. In his spare time, he enjoys travel, food and wine, golf, skiing and fundraising for disability-related causes.
